Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Effective date: March 29, 2026. Since UPM Riders delivers food and related items, returns are limited and refunds depend on the order status and issue reported.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the restaurant starts preparing the order. Once preparation or pickup begins, cancellation may no longer be available.

Refund Eligibility

  • Wrong order delivered
  • Missing items
  • Damaged or spilled items
  • Failed delivery
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment charges

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect address or contact details given by the customer
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another suitable method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider involved.
